Why not set a PR and hurdle a mental block?

All in the same day. it saves time that way. Steve SMASHED his snatch PR tonight. And, he easily had 3 or so more kilos in him. Nice work and earns an OSU sticker.
Garrett sets a 3 rep PR in the squat. Not one set, but 2 sets with the weight. Nice work.
