Definite translation to better SN & CJ. Ron lifting well after his multi-PR day. Steve and Ben dialing it in for next Saturday. Garrett muscled his way through his heavy dead lifts. Fred had a lil trouble with his heaviest squats having to cut it short.
Today's contest had Fred coming out on top in the triathlon with Ben in second, and Steve, lifting for all of Canada, in third. Fred earned his first OSU sticker for his efforts.
The finisher was the Old Man showing how to get it done with pullups. In the post event interview, he was quoted as saying he had at least 3, maybe 4 more in him.
