Ben returns after about a month and finds out what "through the heels" and "pulling Ben under the bar" means. Frank feels "high on the hips" and pulling him under the bar. Eric ditto. Josh ditto. Garrett feels it in his legs. Chad finds 65 boring and 70 a bit of a challenge.
Steve hits a PR snatch, gets 10 stickers, and hits the next reward level.
