PR in the House: Ben

Ben, after leaving it on the floor with a tough Tabata front squat session, hits a PR in the CJ: 105 kg. 3 weeks, 5 kilos. Nice!

    He hit another PR in the squat: 180 kg on Friday night. A 130 CJ is right around the corner.

    Ben has finally hit 125 in the CJ. done on February 13, 2011. Around the corner is a relative term.
