The good news is that the meet is still on this coming Sunday, October 16. It is not going to be at our usual location due to a scheduling conflict. Good chance has lead to Crossfit Power Performance in Loveland, Ohio, stepping up to host the meet. The address is 112 North Second Street, Loveland, Ohio, 45140.
Weigh in begins at 11 am and the lifting will get underway at 1 PM. Have lifters from Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Virginia, Indiana, and Ohio. Should be a nice little meet. For a description of the facility and more formal directions, here you go:
